Claire completed her Bachelor of Laws & Commerce (Majoring in Management) at Murdoch in 2009 and was admitted to the Supreme Court of Western Australia in October 2010.
In 2016 Claire successfully completed her Master of Laws (Applied Law Majoring in Family Law (L.L.M) with the College of Law Australia.
Claire has experience in all areas of family law including parenting matters, complex property settlements, Binding Financial Agreements and Child Support to name a few.
Claire has had significant experience as Junior Counsel and instructing Barristers in matters before the Family Court of Western Australia and the Family Court of Australia.
In 2021 Claire completed her National Training Program to become an Independent Children’s Lawyer (“ICL”) and has worked at Legal Aid predominantly undertaking ICL work which by its nature includes complex parenting matters.
Claire is also an Accredited Mediator having completed the Nationally Accredited Mediator Program. She is also a qualified Collaborative Practice Professional.
In 2023 Claire was a member of the Family Law Practitioners’ Association WA.
In her spare time, Claire spends time with her daughters and enjoys the outdoors.
