Laura Di Cristofaro

Laura has had exposure to the legal industry from early on in her studies, including working as a paralegal in a top tier law firm and providing administrative support in a Canadian law firm. Following graduation, Laura began as a law graduate with a small commercial law firm practising in general commercial and gained experience in a range of areas of law including corporate, contracts, property and resources.
Laura has worked since August 2013 as a commercial lawyer with a particular focus on Wills and Estates. She joined the commercial law team at Bowen Buchbinder Vilensky in October 2015, having previously worked as the primary lawyer for a boutique estate planning law firm.
Laura has experience in many aspects of estate planning, including drafting simple to complex wills, testamentary and special disability trusts, preparing probate and letters of administration applications, mutual will agreements, business succession, trusts, superannuation and providing estate planning strategy advice to clients. She also has experience in Family Provision Act claims.
Laura holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce (majoring in management). She is also a member of the Law Society.
